Meaghan started Rocksbox by lending pieces from her own personal jewelry collection, and quickly saw a need amongst women to simplify the jewelry shopping process. Before Rocksbox, Meaghan was a consultant with McKinsey & Co, and Bain & Co, leading product innovation and social media strategy for some of the largest consumer and retail brands around the world. Meaghan holds a BS in Economics from George Mason, an MS in Economics from Johns Hopkins, and an MBA from the Wharton School.

She is the Managing Director of The Perkins Fund where she "invests in people and companies that matter." Sonja is the founder of both Broadway Angels and Project Glimmer. Broadway Angels is an investment group of world-class investors and entrepreneurs who all happen to be women. Project Glimmer is a non-profit that inspires at-risk teenage girls and women to believe in themselves by letting them know their community cares. Recently Sonja received "The Jefferson Award" for her work with Project Glimmer. Sonja is a graduate of the University of Virginia and Harvard Business School.

Holland is known for her role as a host and expert on Soul Food for the "Melting Pot" series on Food Network. She has contributed to The Huffington Post, Food & Wine, Signature Bride, and Wine Enthusiast magazines, and has been in O Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, Savoy, Travel & Leisure, Sunset, and numerous other publications. Holland has also made guest appearances on national shows such as The Today Show, Vh1′s Soul Cities, Sarah Moulton's Cooking Live, Ready, Set, Cook! and The Wayne Brady Show, and was a featured judge on the kitchen competition series My Momma Throws Down, airing on the cable network TV One as well as The Great American Chef's Tour on PBS.
With over 24 years of experience in the high-tech sector David is currently the Chief Marketing officer at start-up Tradeshift, a procurement and supply chain software company. Previously, David held senior marketing roles with SAS, SAP, and was CMO at Marsh Clearsight as well as FRONTEO, Inc. David holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Business Management degree from Ryerson University with a minor in Communications.
